Namche Bazzar is the main centre of the Everest (Khumbu) region and has government offices, ATMs, Internet cafes, shops, restaurants, a bakery and a colorful market each Friday evening and Saturday. This trek is especially beautiful in spring when the rhododendrons are blooming. The route passes through the settlement s of Tongba (3950m) and Gyele (3960m) to Dole where there're few hotels. You have a outstanding view of Khumbila and Tawache (6542m), Buddhist colorful prayer flags are incredible throughout the day!! Overnight in lodge breakfast, lunch and dinner included.
Day 074-5 hrs trek from Dole to Machhermo 4410m | 14620ft overnight in lodgeToday, your trek starts steeply and climbs to Lambara at (4220m) and Luza at (4360m). The tails is steep in most places as it climbs through brush junipers. There're Kharkas whenever there is a flat spot and the slightest hint of water. The trails continue to climb along the side of the valley, high above the river, crossing sandy spurs to Machhermo at (4410m). Here was in Machhermo in 1974 that Yeti killed three yaks and attached a Sherpa woman. This is the most credit yeti incident ever reported overnight in lodge. Or, as we know Gokyo is not only popular for its grand view from Gokyo Peak but also for the six lakes which it hosts, definitely we would not miss the chance to observe the fourth lake (Thonak Tsho) and fifth lake (Ngozuma Tsho). About 3 km north of Gokyo is the fourth lake with its high cliffs and peaks rising above it. The trail continues to fifth lake and we get mesmerized by the shimmering turquoise blue sheet of water. If interested, we climb on a hill at the edge of the Lakes to get amazing views of Cho-Oyu, Gyachung Kang, Everest, Lhotse, Nuptse, and Makulu. We can see a lot more from here - the spot is called Scoundrel's Viewpoint. Beyond the fifth Lakes is the Cho Oyu Base Camp. Scenery here is breathtaking with Cho Oyu and Gyachung Kang seeming just a stone's throw away. Northern part of the fifth lake provides fabulous views of Cho-Oyu Base Camp and biggest glacier of the world- the Ngazumpa Glacier. Views from Renjo La are much like that from Gokyo Ri with third Gokyo Lake and Gokyo Village beneath the gray smear of Ngozumpa Glacier. Continuing on from the pass, the trail winds down a stone staircase and then scramble over loose scree to reach the south bank of a small lake, Angladumba Tsho. Presence of ice on the trial while descending down can make our descend a bit hazardous. Along the way we see Relama Tsho and Renjo Lake, today is a chance we will meet Tibetan Traders descending from the Nangpa La pass that leads through the Himalayas from Tibet with their caravans of woolly yaks laden with goods. We walk downhill through narrow valley clogged with massive rock to Lunde overnight in lodge. (Meals: Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner Included)
Day 113-4 hrs trek from Lunde to Thame 3800m | 12467ft overnight in lodge. After taking breakfast, we trek down to Thame more amazing snow peaks. It's perched on the side of a hill overlooking the valley. This is the site for the spring celebration of the Mani Rimdu festival, held about the middle of May each year, overnight in lodge.

Day 124-5 hrs trek from Lunde to Namche Bazzar overnight in guesthouse included hot shower room. Today is easy and pleasant walk downhill after crossing a bridge after then eventually reach Samde. The place offer breathtaking views. The path steeply descends down to Thamo village which hosts a monastery called Khari Goma which is a nunnery being home to some nuns and monks. After passing through a check post, we come to the world`s highest hydroelectric power station built on Austrian help. Then after, we reach small village of Phurte where there is Laudo monastery which is run by Kopan monastery of Bouddhanath in Kathmandu and is popular among the westerners for Buddhist study and meditation center. We eventually reach Namche again through some Gompas, colorful player flags, Mani stones, and Chortens overnight in guest house.

Day 135-6 hr trek from Namche to Lukla overnight in guesthouse. The trail descends steeply downward so we need to walk slowly and under control as our shaky legs continuously battle the rocky terrain. After crossing the suspension bridges over the fast flowing Dudh Koshi and its tributaries the trail becomes more level and natural. By today we start to get warmed up by the light breeze. Any remaining sore throats and colds will be gone by today as we pass through this charming mountain air. Although we are travelling the same route down, we feel completely different views. We snap a mixture of open plains, rhododendron and pine forests, and in the distance snow covered peaks. We walk through the Sherpa villages' noticing impressive faith in Buddhism and culture of prayer stones and prayers flag while we walk through the villages. Upon arrival in Lukla, we stretch those sore legs and recall the experiences of the last couple of weeks. We experience the conclusion of a fantastic trek on a happy note with everyone back safe and sound with smile on faces overnight in guesthouse. (Meals: (Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner Included)

Nepal has two best seasons to attempt this trek to Everest Three High Passes, as this trip is a big trip to you, we always recommend you to come at the right time of the year as far as possible.
Trekking in Nepal is possible at any time of the year, depending on where you are going. In Nepal you can trek somewhere in any of the four seasons, but the most popular trekking seasons are autumn and spring. Nepal Spirit Adventure offers you to consider the following advice on the outstanding aspects of each season.
Autumn (September- October- November):
The autumn is one of the best seasons for trekking in Nepal's Himalayan region and offers excellent weather and outstanding mountain views, the weather is clear and we can pretty much guarantee fantastic mountain views and beautiful panoramas. This season is the peak trekking season in Nepal and you can also see many big Hindu festivals such as 15 day long Dashain, the biggest in Nepal, celebrating the triumph of good over evil, and shortly afterwards the 5 days of Tihar Dipawali.
Winter (December-January- February):
Winter is renowned for snowfall at higher elevations, the snowline descends considerably, and the weather is cold. So it is an ideal time for trekking at lower elevations below 3,000m in the foot hills of Nepal with great views of the Himalayas, it can get cold at night and in the mornings, but during the day temperatures are mild when it is sunny.
Spring (March-April- May):
The spring is the best season for trekking in Nepal. Many people travel from different countries to Nepal in the spring as trekking is good in all regions. The meadows are in full bloom, which makes it a good time to discover the many varieties of wild flowers It’s also the time to see the rhododendron forests in full bloom that make the hillside above 4,000m an impressive and unforgettable paradise during this season. The weather is warmer at lower elevations and at the higher elevations over 4,000m visibility is excellent and temperature is quite moderate.
Summer (June-July- August):
During summer trek is warm and sweaty in the wet summer months, and also constitutes the monsoon season which can continue up to mid-September. Summer is a good time for the keen botanists and forest researchers as the higher valleys and meadows blossom with flowers and lush vegetation. It is not generally recommended to trek during the summer season except in the arid rain shadow areas like Upper Mustang, Dolpo and Kailash.
Everywhere else is in the grip of the monsoon, although the mornings are often clear for a few hours and you can expect beautiful sunrises, it rains almost every day, clouding over by mid morning, with frequent rain and occasional thunderstorms in the afternoon and evening. The advantages of trekking in the summer months are the uncrowded trails and reduced cold in the high mountain areas.
