How Everest View Trek Difficulty

If you have past trekking experience, it is not a requirement for our Everest View Trek, and most travelers in reasonable health will be able to complete this itinerary without serious difficulty. However, this trek does reach a maximum altitude of approximately 3,700 meters, where it’s possible to experience symptoms of altitude sickness. For this reason, you should be in good health and physical fitness before embarking upon the trek. Walking, running, and other forms of cardiovascular exercise are great ways to prepare for the opportunity to visit the high-altitude Khumbu region. What is the Best Time of Year for the Everest View Trek?

If you haven’t yet visited Nepal for trekking purposes better you should know about the best seasons; Nepal has four seasons, and one of the best times of year for the Everest View Trek is much the same as the best time of year for the Everest Base Camp Trek. The weather conditions in Nepal are adjustable, and the best trekking seasons are typically gritty by the arrival of the summer which is the monsoon. We also highly recommend arriving in Kathmandu at least one day before your scheduled itinerary stats; this will allow you to meet with our trekking crews in advance to learn more about your planned activities. Staying in Kathmandu for an extra day or two at the end of the tour itinerary will also provide you with a more flexible schedule and no worries. Today as per your flight schedule from Kathmandu to Lukla, the trek guide pickups from your hotel and transfer you to Kathmandu domestic airport for a short scenic flight (35 mins) to Lukla (2,840m) with grand views of mountains, on reaching Lukla. After clearing the adventurous flight, meet the trek assistance stool around you will have a first impression of the surroundings by green hills and snowing above the 5,000m peaks. Enjoying your lovely breakfast.

After breakfast, the adventure starts towards Phakding on a good trail through traditional Sherpa farm villages with views of snowcapped peaks. After a good walk of 4 hours reach Phakding for an overnight stop in a nice lodge by the bank of Dudh Kosi River.

On the Second day of the trek, after breakfast, start the hiking big day walking into the lovely national park of Sagarmatha in Khumbu Valley and the unique rigorous walk filled with steep ascents, The scenery is breathtaking, and you can’t stop yourself from stopping multiple times to soak in the stunning views. We reach Monjo, you enter Sagarmatha National Park, a UNESCO World Heritage Site and a rich storehouse of rare Himalayan flora and fauna.

The highlights of today’s trek include: Crossing the highest bridge in Khumbu Region. The Hillary Bridge. Entering Sagarmatha National Park and capturing the first glimpse of Mount Everest. Namche, the stopover point for the day, is one of the landmarks of Everest Trek. 

A Sherpa settlement, Namche is carved on the side of a steep mountain face. Dotted with traditional stone houses, local teahouses, luxury resorts, inviting cafes and bakeries, and shops selling knick-knacks, Namche is the Khumbu commercial center. With banks, ATM kiosks, money exchange centers, and a lively local market, this Sherpa settlement draws traders from the higher reaches. A comfortable teahouse run by a Sherpa family is your shelter for the night. You can enjoy a hot shower and a hearty dinner before you retire for the night.

Today is almost a rest day however, the trek crew will lead you through pleasant good mountain views walking above Namche towards Syangboche following the path to Khunde and Khumjung the largest Sherpa villages in the Khumbu area. The trek leads towards the Syangboche small airstrip, the first one and half hour walk is quite strenuous uphill due to the high altitude overlooking the magnificent view of Mt.Kwangde, Thermasherkhu, and other neighboring peaks with an aerial view of Namche Bazaar down below.

On reaching Syanboche small airstrip, take a short climb towards the Khunde village situated in the same glacial valley as Khumjung village beneath the sacred Mt. Khumbila 5,761m. A quiet gentle path brings to the sleepy village of Khumjung via Khunde for the overnight halt. At Khunde there’s a hospital built with the help of Sir Edmund Hillary’s Foundation.  Afternoon visits Khumjung old Monastery, the only place believed to have Yeti scalps. Khumjung also has a High School built with the help of the Sir Edmund Hillary Foundation.

Today you'll get lovely best day, you can see maximum satisfy view of mountains during the breakfast season. Trekking descending down hill to Manju through Namche Bazaar seeing closer mountain views surrounding including Mt.     Why Kathmandu Hotel Isn't Included in the Trip Package?

    That very good question, we can book any category of hotel in Kathmandu before and after the trek. For your pleasure you should choose your accommodation in Kathmandu self while there so many different kinds of accommodations are available if you want to make the Kathmandu's hotel includes in the trip package we can provide you just contact us.

    What kind of accommodation do you provide during the trek period?

    As per your trip booking, we provide lodge (teahouse) accommodation during the trekking period. A tea house is a combination of a guest house restaurant, and social hang-out. The rooms are with twin beds and little additional furniture like small tables or chairs. Most bathrooms are common with squatting (Asian) toilets or of Western comfort with sitting toilets. Most Tea Houses/lodges have running cold and hot water facilities. You need to pay the extra cost of using a hot shower.

    What type of food do you provide during the Everest view trek?

    During the trekking session, full board meals are included breakfast, lunch, and dinner. We provide food from these local lodge/tea houses as per choices on the menu. Breakfast and dinner are provided at the same tea house/lodge while lunch would be on the trail, Every Tea House serves the traditional Nepali meal Dal Bhat (rice and lentils), as well as a variety of different food items, such as rice, seasonable vegetables, noodles, potatoes, and soups. Some lodge serves Western foods such as pizza, pasta, and French fries.

    Is soft drink available in Everest View Trek?

    Soft drinks are available entire Everest View Trek, All the table drinks (alcoholic-noncoholic drinks) aren't included in the tour package because no one knows about personal drinking habits that's why we aren't providing any kind of drinks in the tour package.

    Can we buy water along the Trek?

    You can buy water along your journey to the Everest view trek. Safe drinking water is very important while we are on a trek and we recommend that one should drink at least 3-4 liters of water a day (this helps from dehydration and altitude problems AMS). We provide filtered clean water and add purification pills to our entire trip package, besides this, if you wish to drink sealed packed mineral and boiled water you can buy it en route at extra cost which costs one letter water bottle $1-2 dollars.

    What kind of physical fitness is required for this trek?

    Required fitness before you join this adventure: Health and physical fitness is the most important part of travel and participating in trekking and hiking. If you do not have previous trekking experience as required, you can start with a morning walking exercise or cycling for weeks or months before/after booking the trip with us. If you have previous trekking and climbing experience it will add a plus point to the trek chosen, most of the trek is nontechnical effort walks.

    The highest height gain on this trip is at 3,867m above sea level, the walk involves lots of ups and downs, walking through local villages, farmlands, terraces, and the riverside as long as you have energy walking for 4- 6 hours a day, and if you are qualified for the trek but still requires moderate health and fitness.

    We strongly advise travelers to consult their medical doctor before traveling do a regular check-up and hand the report to us while booking a trip with us. "Always good to know about the health condition before starting the high altitude trek in the Nepal Himalayas".

    Do you have an experienced trek guide for this trip?

    All of our trek guides are qualified in their work and licensed certified. Nepal's mountainous country walk takes you to the remote region, it is necessary that you are accompanied by an experienced and qualified guide and leaders for a safe journey and to make the trip a success.

    We at Nepal Spirit Adventure employ native trekking guides and porters who are trained and qualified for this type of trip and have worked with us for a long time. Our guide provides much local information and offers you advice on how to use your free time and coordinate day-to-day events of the tour, although (sometimes) he might need you to understand that if things do not go according to our plan set.

    All our trekking and climbing guides are well qualified and highly experienced with 9- 10 years on this job. We provide training for our staff yearly on medicine and climbing, with their efficiency, and cheerful attitude, providing help, information, and needs of the guests of nationalities.

    Awesome Mountain View Trek- Everest Panorama

    We always had a brilliant dream to see Mt. Everest view within the short holiday and a friend my mine recommend Nepal Spirit Adventure is best trek company in Nepal then we searched in Google and found them organizing Everest panorama trek for 11 days Kathmandu –Kathmandu including our arrival and final departure it was good and suite for our holiday, meanwhile we emailed to them includes several other companies but Mr. “Ram” was 1st swift response to our letters in details information with at very reasonable cost which we did not anticipate and it was work worth for our 11 days stay in Nepal-including 3 night supper comfortable hotel in Kathmandu, flights: KTM-Lukla-KTM, require trekking route permit, clean lodge-guest house along the trek, food was great delicious, friendly English speaking guide, honest Sherpa porter and they pick up at the airport and take care our final departure from Kathmandu. Oh, my goodness how it was work! he had one of the best trek staff everything manage very well organize thank you ram entirely his experience team. The trek was short but the mountain views were so great we love these trekking trails, especially we had wonderful mount Everest view from Syangboche-Khumjung and from Tengboche other mountains vista were spectacular so many many hugs...     Enjoyable Trek to Everest Panorama

    We enjoyed the Everest panorama trek organized thru nepal spirit adventure company, it was short but suite and brilliant mountain views accessible from Namche, Tengboche and, syangboche-Everest view hotel, flight from KTM-Lukla-Kathmandu really adventurous, Sherpa people were so friendly. We got early bird impressive with ram company owner from the beginning my first inquiry-he replied swift with most informative response reasons, there was immediate trust and confidence that I felt Ram with was important to us as I embarked on what the most unique and daring trip of my life and groups. We didn’t know what to expect so I wanted to make sure that we would be in good hands and have plenty of support through our journey. Everything well manages from the beginning to end, trek guide and porter were so cool, friendly, helpful, and informative! beyond doubt we will come back to this country again could request for same trek crews thanks for the brilliant job to make our Nepal holiday enjoyable!!

    Remarkable holiday, hike to Everest View trail

    We had a remarkable nepal holiday, thank you so much for Ram’s effort and his swift email correspondence! We had no idea how we can see Mt. Everest views from the nearest town, we were impressed with his detailed information about the Everest Panorama trek that he organize and call ebc short everest view trek. We also chatted with other several tour operators, finally, we chose this trek operator, now we were so lucky that we met such a great people, tour | trek company, they take care of everything as per-require and provided acme service that we did not expect! Trek guide & porter both were friendly and wonderful knowledge regarding trek details. We enjoy this trek every step, mountains views were unbelievable, every day beautiful weather, people were so idyllic from every village, we recommend this adventure trekking company and Everest panorama trek is a marvelous hike worth to do it. 03-11-2017

    Incredible Mountain View Trip, Amazing Service

    We had an amazing service with Nepal spirit adventure. Ram “owner” made sure we were fully prepared before going on the trek with a 1 hour’s overview. They also provide us with coats and sleeping bags that worked properly in all weather. Trek guide tony was an excellent, porter asdhan strong man carried our trek bags carefully and never got problems with our trek crews, flight to Lukla to Kathmandu incredible scenic, all the accommodation and food were so great!! We recommend this company for everyone; this everest mountain views trek is so beautiful and suitable for all category of travels do not require a long holiday to see Mt. Everest and another innumerable mountain vista. 23-10-2017

    Everest Panorama View Trek

    We were thinking to do the Everest base camp trekking but did not have much experience with high-altitude trails such as huge walk-up ebc. We came across several trek companies via the internet but we select Nepal spirit adventure so great company with friendly and, experience staff well manage from beginning to the end of our trek. We wanted to say many thanks to the entire team of Nepal spirit. The flight to Lukla-Kathamndu was short and incredible, the walking trail was not easy but we managed it, mountain views were so fantastic from syanbuce and tyenbuche we like Namche very comfortable, all the trek crew was amazing, very responsible but the second-day trek from Phakding to Namche was quite top.
