You are heartily welcome to Nepal-Himalayan country!
Your Everest View Trek service is beginning from your international arrival pick up. Nepal Spirit Adventure's airport representative will be showing your name on the display board of your tour booking company- Nepal Spirit Adventure Pvt. Ltd. Find | meet him at your arrival gate in Kathmandu, then transfer to the hotel is booked by your package overnight in Kathmandu.

Breakfast is included in the Everest view trek's package, normally hotel make the buffet breakfast ready from 7:am. At breakfast time the trip manager briefs you about your Nepal trekking and tour details according to your booking, at the same time introducing a tour guide who leads you through today's old Kathmandu valley sightseeing tour.

You are going to visit: Kathmandu Durbar square-Kumari temple (Hanuman Dhoka), Swayambhunath-temple-stupa, Bouddhanath (monasteries, stupa Buddhist), and Pashupatinath temple (Hindus). You will enjoy a full-day tour with an experienced guide who explains the details history of those ancient cultures & heritage trips.

Late afternoon back to the hotel, have refreshments, and meet your trek guide carefully checkup your Everest view trekking equipment and take the equipment store to get a sleeping bag and down jacket included in the package at the same time we provide you NSA duffel bags. Today as per your flight schedule from Kathmandu to Lukla, the trek guide pickups from your hotel and transfer you to Kathmandu domestic airport for a short scenic flight (35 mins) to Lukla (2,840m) with grand views of mountains, on reaching Lukla.

After clearing the adventurous flight, meet the trek assistance stool around you will have a first impression of the surroundings by green hills and snowing above the 5,000m peaks. Enjoying your lovely breakfast.

After breakfast, the adventure starts towards Phakding on a good trail through traditional Sherpa farm villages with views of snowcapped peaks. After a good walk of 4 hours reach Phakding for an overnight stop in a nice lodge by the bank of Dudh Kosi River.

On the Second day of the trek, after breakfast, start the hiking big day walking into the lovely national park of Sagarmatha in Khumbu Valley and the unique rigorous walk filled with steep ascents, The scenery is breathtaking, and you can’t stop yourself from stopping multiple times to soak in the stunning views. We reach Monjo, you enter Sagarmatha National Park, a UNESCO World Heritage Site and a rich storehouse of rare Himalayan flora and fauna.

The highlights of today’s trek include: Crossing the highest bridge in Khumbu Region. The Hillary Bridge. Entering Sagarmatha National Park and capturing the first glimpse of Mount Everest. Namche, the stopover point for the day, is one of the landmarks of Everest Trek. 

A Sherpa settlement, Namche is carved on the side of a steep mountain face. Dotted with traditional stone houses, local teahouses, luxury resorts, inviting cafes and bakeries, and shops selling knick-knacks, Namche is the Khumbu commercial center. With banks, ATM kiosks, money exchange centers, and a lively local market, this Sherpa settlement draws traders from the higher reaches.

A comfortable teahouse run by a Sherpa family is your shelter for the night. You can enjoy a hot shower and a hearty dinner before you retire for the night.

Today is almost a rest day however, the trek crew will lead you through pleasant good mountain views walking above Namche towards Syangboche following the path to Khunde and Khumjung the largest Sherpa villages in the Khumbu area.

The trek leads towards the Syangboche small airstrip, the first one and half hour walk is quite strenuous uphill due to the high altitude overlooking the magnificent view of Mt.Kwangde, Thermasherkhu, and other neighboring peaks with an aerial view of Namche Bazaar down below.

On reaching Syangboche small airstrip, take a short climb towards the Khunde village situated in the same glacial valley as Khumjung village beneath the sacred Mt. Khumbila 5,761m. A quiet gentle path brings to the sleepy village of Khumjung via Khunde for the overnight halt. At Khunde there’s a hospital built with the help of Sir Edmund Hillary’s Foundation. 

Afternoon visits Khumjung Old Monastery, the only place believed to have Yeti scalps. Khumjung also has a High School built with the help of the Sir Edmund Hillary Foundation.

From Khumjung walk leads downhill reaching the main trail coming from Namche Bazaar, From here, Walking is easier on the gradual winding scenic path, then heading downhill to Imjatse River at Phunge-Tenga for lunch, After a break walking uphill through quaint woodlands of rhododendron, pines, firs trees with marvelous mountain views the climb after few hours reach a beautiful spot of Thyangboche with its famous Buddhist monastery with a magnificent panorama of Mt. Everest, Nuptse, Lhotse, KangtengaThamserku, Kwande and majestic peak of Amadablam.

Tenboche has an ancient monastery, You can visit this gompa in the evening or the next day morning both times will be sufficient and convenient. As per your kind interest, you do the small hours of meditation with Buddhist Lama-monks. This night will be the best night to sleep because you will be surrounded by closer views of the mountains which never happened in your lifetime before.

Today will be quite a long hour trek from Tengboche to Monju but hiking moment would be lovely to see the beautiful view of the mountain, and an easy feel walk descending the hill from the high altitude level.

Crossing the Imjatse River continue the trek to Namche via Phunge Tenga, We may stop for a lunch break at Namche, and then the downhill trek to Monju offers a close view of Mt. Thamserku overnight in the lodge.

Enjoying the morning view of Thamserku, take your morning food (breakfast) then start hiking and retract back to Lukla passing through Banker and Phakding and following the trail to Lukla. You’ll be transferred to your hotel to spend the rest of the day at your leisure; feel free to relax or explore the local markets. There are plenty of great restaurants in Thamel where you can enjoy dinner before returning to your hotel to spend the night.

Today is completely rest and necessary too! One extra day is important while you are targeting to reach above 4,000m to see the world's highest peak- Mount Everest- Sagarmatha also using the adventurous flight from Lukla to Kathmandu.

Sometimes the flight may be canceled due to bad weather visibilities. That is why we put the extra into the tour itinerary. If everything goes as planned, you can explore the cities of Patan and Bhaktapur-Bhadgaon or you can visit the market for families, friends souvenir hunting or just chill out at a spa, or relax at your hotel this all depends on your interest.

Is the airport arrival and departure service included in the trip package?

# Yes, All the arrivals from the airport to the Hotel to the airport (international & domestic) are transported by private vehicle. We provide one airport drop and one airport pickup service for the domestic airport service, Due to bad weather flights can be canceled several times such as from Kathmandu to Lukla to Kathmandu, in this condition passengers have to pay for airport transportation by themself.

Is the Kathmandu hotel included in the tour package?

# Four-night twin sharing a room in a 3-star hotel inclusive of the tour package with breakfast, two nights before the Everest view trek, and two nights after the tour. The hotel is located prime area called Thamel. For your kind information.

Does the package also include a city tour of Kathmandu?

# The Kathmandu ancient cultural and heritage city sightseeing is included in the tour package, You will visit: Kathmandu Durbar Square, Swayambhunath temple, Stupa, Bouddhanath- Buddhist and Pashupatinath-Hinhus temple. It is completely led by an experienced tour guide and private vehicle and all the temple and monument entry fees are also inclusive.

What kind of accommodation do you provide during the trek period?

# As per your trip booking with us, we provide lodge (teahouse) accommodation during the trekking period. A tea house is a combination of a guest house restaurant, and social hang-out. The rooms are with twin beds and little additional furniture like small tables or chairs. Most bathrooms are common with squatting (Asian) toilets or of Western comfort with sitting toilets. Most Tea Houses/lodges have running cold and hot water facilities. You need to pay the extra cost of using a hot shower

Available Food in Everest View Trek

During the trekking session, full board meals are included breakfast, lunch, and dinner. We provide food from these local lodge/tea houses as per choices on the menu. Breakfast and dinner are provided at the same tea house/lodge while lunch would be on the trail, Every Tea House serves the traditional Nepali meal Dal Bhat (rice and lentils), as well as a variety of different food items, such as rice, seasonable vegetables, noodles, potatoes, and soups. Some lodge serves Western foods such as pizza, pasta, and French fries.

Soft Drinks:

Soft drinks are available entire Everest view trek, All-the-table drink (alcoholic-nonalcoholic drinks) isn't included in the tour package because no one knows about personal drinking habit that's why we aren't providing any drinks.

Can we buy water along the tour?

# You can buy water along your journey to the Everest viewpoint. Safe drinking water is very important while we are on a trek and we recommend that one should drink at least 3-4 liters of water a day (this helps from dehydration and altitude problems AMS). We provide filtered clean water and add purification pills to our entire trip package, besides this, if you wish to drink sealed packed mineral and boiled water you can buy it en route at extra cost which costs one letter water bottle $1-2 dollars.

What kind of physical fitness is required for this trek?

# Required fitness before you join this adventure: Health and physical fitness is the most important part of travel and participating in trekking and hiking. If you do not have previous trekking experience as required, you can start with a morning walking exercise or cycling for weeks or months before/after booking the trip with us. If you have previous trekking and climbing experience it will add a plus point to the trek chosen, most of the trek is nontechnical effort walks.

The highest height gain on this trip is at 3,867m above sea level, the walk involves lots of ups and down, walking through local villages, farmlands, terraces, and the riverside as long as you have energy walking for 4- 6 hours a day, and if you are qualified for the trek but still requires moderate health and fitness.

We strongly advise travelers to consult their medical doctor before traveling do a regular check-up and hand the report to us while booking a trip with us. "Always good to know about the health condition before starting the high altitude trek in the Nepal Himalayas".

Do you have an experienced trek guide for this trip?

# All of our trek guides are qualified in their work and licensed certified. Nepal's mountainous country walk takes you to the remote region, it is necessary that you are accompanied by an experienced and qualified guide and leaders for a safe journey and to make the trip a success.

We at Nepal Spirit Adventure employ native trekking guides and porters who are trained and qualified for this type of trip and have worked with us for a long time. Our guide provides much local information and offers you advice on how to use your free time and coordinate day-to-day events of the tour, although (sometimes) he might need you to understand that if things do not go according to our plan set.

All our trekking and climbing guides are well qualified and highly experienced with 9- 10 years on this job. We provide training for our staff yearly on medicine and climbing, with their efficiency, and cheerful attitude, providing help, information, and needs of the guests of nationalities.
