Personal Trekking and Travel Insurance

Insurance is one of the most important factors on the route of the Everest base camp, bring with you the right policy insurance above 4,000m which will always help you if it may something happens in your health condition.

Daily Basis Food Expenses

Due to the lack of ground transportation from Kathmandu to the Everest base camp, most of the daily wages things cost is quite expensive compared the city life however, you can make the daily wages cost reasonable by yourself. In my previous recently visited experience: Approximately US$ 22 - US$ 25 per person for 3-time meals per day, if you are eating more than 2-3 items each meal this budget will not be enough.
