Booking Payment Process

While you’re confident trip book with us, the advance payment process is another major factor, always it is a priority for safety and you don’t need to worry about it because we have a very safe 3rd online secure payment through your Visa | Mastered card or Bank Wire Transfer services. Is a Government-authorized registered number: 88382/068/069 we are also associated with various local and international tourism associations, therefore, any adventure-interested persons are heartily welcome to book and be part of our family now, we treat you as family members while traveling with us called the mountain family, home away from home with us.

To process a trip booking with us, you’re kindly required to deposit 15% of the full trek-tour cost in advance to the prior of time to make sure all the reservations such as hotels, guides, trekking route permit, domestic flight, and ground transportation. The remaining payment can be easily made to us on your arrival by online credit card or cash, cash would be much appreciated and also needed for daily wages expenses in cash during the trek. At the same time, we would also like to request you send us all your documents such as passport and travel insurance copies, and Kathmandu, Nepal arrivals flight details for your pickup service.
